Biography

Michele Puggia

Michele Puggia graduated in International Studies at the University of Trento and has recently completed an MSc in Crisis and Security Management, with a specialisation in War and Peace Studies, at Leiden University. Since his bachelor’s thesis, focusing on the use of force in contemporary peace operations, his fields of interest have been peace-building, intelligence, and emerging and unconventional security threats, with particular curiosity for the regions of Africa and Europe. Currently, he is a Member of ITSS Verona in the area of military strategy, as well as a Research Analyst for Monitoring Jihadism Project.
