Jasmine Taleb-Carella
Jasmine Taleb-Carella is a counterterrorism specialist and geopolitical analyst with expertise in jihadist movements, radicalisation dynamics, and extremist ecosystems across the MENA region.
She holds a Master’s degree in Counterterrorism with a background in education and is certified in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT). Her analytical work focuses on socio-political triggers of radicalisation, online grooming patterns, and the intersection between regional instability and violent extremism, with particular attention to Arabic-speaking countries. Fluent in multiple languages, including Arabic, she conducts ongoing monitoring and assessment of primary-source material across digital platforms, contributing to emerging analytical initiatives in the field. She also is a member of a working group affiliated with the European Forum for Urban Security (EFUS).
Based in Europe, she combines her analytical expertise and daily professional contact with youth to deliver professional training on Radicalisation, Behavioural Indicators, and Youth Resilience, supporting professionals in education, policy, social work, and security sectors in strengthening early detection and prevention frameworks.
