Mustapha Mouhine

Mustapha Mouhine was born on October 4, 1965, in Casablanca, Morocco. He was arrested alongside his brother Mustapha by the judicial police for crimes involving receiving and facilitating the illegal entry of immigrants into Italy.
In 2002, he became the manager of the Islamic butcher shop El Kadessia, located in Piazza Lazio, Vercelli, Italy. The shop gained notoriety due to its connection with individuals involved in investigations and trials related to Islamic terrorism. Mustapha was known to have provided lodging and assistance to various individuals linked to Moroccan Islamic Combatant Group, including undocumented persons. One such individual, Hallami Rachid, was hosted briefly at the butcher shop before being sent to Verona, where he was later apprehended by the Italian police.
On January 27, 2003, Mustapha and his brother Mohamed were arrested by the Italian judicial police. Investigators confiscated twenty blank foreign residence permits containing forged details, two Moroccan passports, various documents, and money.
