Saleh Abdu

Saleh Mohammed Ismail Abdu, also known by the alias Abu Khaled, born on September 22, 1990, and residing in Turkey, is part of the operational network linked to Mohammad Hannoun and connected to Hamas.

From Turkey, where he is based, starting in November 2023 he received substantial sums of money, amounting to at least €462,700, and facilitated their transfer through the banking system to Gaza via Osama Alisawi. In doing so, he is described as having knowingly contributed to the financing of Hamas and related organizations.

He is also reported to have provided ongoing support by deliberately transferring significant financial amounts intended for Osama Alisawi, acting as an intermediary within the network’s financial flow between Turkey and Gaza.

Following Operation “Dominio” in 2025, an arrest warrant has been issued.
